We have looked at some of the key path to purchase insights that are critical to gathering shopper insights, we call these drivers since in the consumer / shopper path to purchase these are the key moments where we can convert a consumer or shopper to choose our category and brand, and ultimately make a purchase.
Let’s see if we can correctly name the consumer/ shopper path to purchase conversion drivers we and our Customer’s should focus on, to influence our category consumers and/or shoppers.
